Message Replying To From Orcy, Age 14 Ht. 5'7", Wt. 162 - ok so brek: kashi cereal with no milk (190 calories) lunch: salad with tuna (250 cals) 7 triscuits (120 cals) snack : kashi cereal again (190 cals) and for dinner: a turkey sandwich with 2 slices of cheese on a roll (about 500 calories) ..so i had about 1250 calories, and also i swam laps but only for like 15 minutes..howd i do? |
