Ht. 5'5", Wt. 190 - is this a good weight loss workout?im not only tryin to lose weight but also get fit. monday bench press x 50 curl x 50 run 10 min tuesday leg extensions x 10 leg curls x 10 run 30 minutes 250 sit ups then i jus alternate through friday.is it good or too much or what?
