Ht. 5'6", Wt. 155 - ok i found this really really awesome book!!! its called: The Diet (for teenagers only) by: Carrie Wiatt, and Barbara Schroeder its really really great sadly its for girls so sorry to all u guys out there but chickies this book rocks!!!!!!!! it has this 7 day diet plan where you can lose 1-5 pounds a week and its really healthy it has an exercise plan and everything it gives you all sorts of stats even for fast food restaurants. like mcdonalds and wendy's and even subway. it gives you some really really yummy recipies that are really healthy. anyways you MUST checkout this book. I dunno if you can get it in a library. but it was 18.95 on amazon.com wow i sound like an ad. but seriously its awesome. and one thing about workout peoples. For doing pushups do normal pushups, wide arm pushups, and close arm pushups. that way it tones all of your shoulders and arms. not just 1 or 2 muscles. And for crunches do side crunches where you are doing a regular crunch but to the side of your body. they rock!
