Ht. 5'7", Wt. 162 - hey guys howd i do today?? brek: kashi cereal (190 calories) lunch: salad with tuna, 7 reduced fat triscuits(375 calories) snack: carrot sticks (50 calories) dinner: egg and cheese sandwich (on a mini wheat bagel) (290 calories) and a kashi bar (130 calories) ..so thats like 1025 cals. and im gonna have sugar free jello for dessert..i played tennis for a bit today to and swam a little. i no im under my calories but its just for today so its fine..ih ope
