Ht. 5'5, Wt. 176 - I just found out that smaller hot chips have more fat than bigger ones! So if you choose chips, eat the big ones. Subway sauces have heaps of fat, eat a subway, don't eat the sauce. Make your own pizza if you're having pizza at all. Eat lots of fish ('cause it's yummy and good for you). Take carrot and dip for your lunch. Make your friend go to the gym with you (I did this, I'm teling you it works!) Buy a puppy....and then walk it...or steal someone elses puppy....and walk it. Drop the soft drink, have some soda water (yummy! No fat, no calories, no carbs, no sugar but a pleasant alternative to water)Buy some funky bmusic and get cho' groove going. :D Sorry, if you thought this post was a bit random and demented, but just skip it. I hope someone finds it useful. :) Oh yea, and go ice skating! It's fuunnn!!!
