Message Replying To From Orcy, Age 14 Ht. 5'7", Wt. 160.8 - hmm..so i think i did ok today except my dinner was slightly large and in charge iffyou no what i mean.. anyhoo brek: kashi cereal and fruit lunch: salad with tuna snack: grapes and carrot sticks later snack: pria bar (health bar 110 cals) dinner: 2 turkey burgers with cheese (1 slice each)..a pickle..a TINY bit of pasta salad..and some baked chips...ill probably have sugar free jello later to..so howd i do? |
