Ht. 5'6, Wt. 280 Goal:180 - Eeks tonight we're having pepper steak with rice and gravy,and thats soo heavy in fat and cals,so i'm thinking of putting the meal on a saucer (a very small plate) and have just a side salad to fill myself up.What do you guys think? should something be changed or keep it the same?
