Ht. 5'5, Wt. 192 - hello everybody!! well right now i am a little bit happy. my grandmother and parents keep complementing me because i look thinner. i use to wiegh 220. and i was really sick and tired of it. so i bought a tennis racket and some tennis balls and i started going to a near by high school other than the one i attend and i have two or three friends come along. and we play tennis at the courts and we each take turns pretending to be a coach and we push eachtoher to work super hard. like for example... every bad serve i do i run a lap or i do a suicide. and we keep doing that for about 2 hours. then we walk around the track about 8 or 12 times. everyday. i know it seems like alot of work. but it is way worth it. have fun and talk about stupid (funny) stuff. imagine yourself being thinner. it really works. at first i would go eat right after. DON'T DO THAT! well know i am loosing alot of weight, and i am vegan now. trust me on this one. you'll love yourself with you start seeing the results. for eating advice.... write back. bye bye!! sammy <333
