Ht. 5'6, Wt. 158 - Ok i think ive done pretty good so far. Today i woke up drank a coffee mug of green tea, then did 20 crunches on each side, regular, left, and right. i ate 1/2 cucumber and two boiled eggs, then i had a big cup of water. For lunch i had another cup of water and a salad... lettuce, honey ham, and the other half cucumber. no dressing. lol and for dinner im gonna have 2 boiled eggs another cup of water a small cup of milk and a peice of wheat toast. How that sound? and if i get the snacks ill just eat an egg, lol i made quit a few last night. Umm and also if i continue this for 3 weeks do u think i could lose weight and how much do u predict? lol thanks **kim** ps. lik if u lose weight in ur chest... not the best place for a girl, cant push ups make them bigger again lol?
