Ht. 5'8, Wt. 170 - k i think i did ok today...for breakfast i had a piece of whole wheat toast with a tiny bit of peanut butter and a low fat yogurt with some tea(i use splenda for sugar)..for lunch i had some cucumber and a piece of whole wheat bread with some low-fat cheese on it...later in the day for a snack i had a banana and then for dinner i had a little bit of grilled chicken, brown rice and some greek salad. I also ran 2 miles. Is that good?
