Ht. 5'2", Wt. 121.5 - Hey guys....I just wanted to tell everyone who is trying to loose weight that I know it may be hard and first and you don't realy see results but stick with it and give it your all and you will see results. I was 145 just last year at this time and throughout the year got down to 133.5 but couldn't get past that. With my cruise coming up I really wanted to get down to 120 and thanks to everyone's support here I am just 1.5 pounds away from my goal and don't leave till monday so I'm hoping to loose that 1.5lbs before then. I drastically cut what I was eating and am now exercising for 45min 5 days a week. I am not a huge fan of exercise in like going ot the gym but doing just 30min or cardio 5 days a week and then doing situps/weights in the past 6 weeks I've managed to loose 12.5 pounds!!! It took a while and I was definitely discouraged in the begining but i promise if you work hard, watch what you eat and exercise you can do it. I am fitting into shorts and pants that I haven't been able to wear for 4 years and its amazing!!!
