Ht. 5'1, Wt. 170 - Today I plan to start over and do healthy and exercise good and stuff. I think im starting to do better these last few days the main thing i want to do is get down to 120 lbs i want a flater stomach and my theighs are sooo f*cking fats is nasty and annoying i hate it! Every morning im going to ride my bike to sit-ups...some push-ups and during the day ill jump on the trampoline ride bike more go swimming if its hot out etc.. I really wanna tone my body up too. And i was thinking about going back on the fruit and veggie diet cause at least i lost weight on thhat almost 20 lbs i got off that diet and i just started being lazy thats what made me gain the weight back :( anywayzz good luck peoplez!!!! :) *~Montana~*
