If the calculator says that you are healthy weight, please do not post a message saying that you are overweight or that you want to lose weight. This offends the kids who really are overweight. Message Replying To From Montana, Age 13 Ht. 5'1, Wt. 170 - Today I plan to start over and do healthy and exercise good and stuff. I think im starting to do better these last few days the main thing i want to do is get down to 120 lbs i want a flater stomach and my theighs are sooo f*cking fats is nasty and annoying i hate it! Every morning im going to ride my bike to sit-ups...some push-ups and during the day ill jump on the trampoline ride bike more go swimming if its hot out etc.. I really wanna tone my body up too. And i was thinking about going back on the fruit and veggie diet cause at least i lost weight on thhat almost 20 lbs i got off that diet and i just started being lazy thats what made me gain the weight back :( anywayzz good luck peoplez!!!! :) *~Montana~* |
