Ht. 5 feet 6 inches, Wt. 190 (?) - I have been on a diet for 3 weeks and have begun the surreptitious nibbles and quicj bites. Should I just go ahead and take tomorrow as a day off? Like not eat everything but maybe say to myself "OK how about instead of having a tuna salad I can have a BLT with light mayonnaise" and "Maybe Ill have a regular Fudge pop instead of the diet one" And then I could fo back on strict again? So it wouldnt be pigging out but not having to stick to the diet.
