Ht. 1.70cm, Wt. 67kg - Hey everyone! Im really pleased with myself, ive lost 2 stone in 3 months, is that good? Its the first time ive dieted and it went well. It was really easy. This is how i did it: Breakfast: Bowl of Special K cereal with skimmed milk Lunch: Apple, Celery, Grapes Dinner: anything thats about 600-800 calories, which includes either salad or vegetables. I cut out bread and pasta. And only had wholemeal bread every now and then. I drank mostly water, cut out sweet things during the week, and only had them when i went out for meals and on Saturdays. I gave in to sweet things alot but my diet still worked. The only exercise i did was P.E once a week for an hour, and walking home from school everyday which takes about half an hour. Im now 10 and a half stone and im 5'7, i went to the doctors yesterday and they said i was the right weight for my height but i aim to be about 9 stone by christmas do you guys think thats a healthy weight?  (Note: 1 stone (st) equals 14 pounds.)
