Ht. 5'5, Wt. ////// - ok i have a good excersize plan that i have been sticking to i run two miles every day and do fifty crunches thirty oblique crunches twenty side raises thirty flutter kicks and either arm or but excersizes and i have been sticking to that for about three days and i have already started to see my stomach shrink in inches..except i havent been sticking to a diet but im working on it well good luck i suggest this excersize plan to every one its fun and doesnt involve that much effort
