Message Replying To From meghan, Age 15 Ht. 5'5, Wt. 209 - so i was wondering i have to lose 5 pounds between now and august 27th... one, is this possible and 2 if i eat cereal or yogurt or egg beaters in the morning, some type of protein for lunch with a low carb pita or wrap, and then wat my mom cooks for dinner and only snacks would be fruit or veggies or pria bar... could i lose 5 pounds by the 27th? and is going to curves like everyday or like 5 times a week enough exercise? and one more thing lol does anyone want to be weight loss buddies? |
