Ht. 5'7, Wt. st: 194 now: 195 - Ok i am goin to give this as one big tip for everyone.....Member u have to eat 1200 cals in order to loose weight and they have to be healthy cals they cant jusst be all junk..... next write a journal of everything u eat and excercise for at least a week so then u can see whut u need to change(I am writing a journal with whut i drink and how i excercise this week to see if i need to fix something since i gave up pop and want to excercise more) then in a week go back look at whut u wrote down maybe u wrote down feelings too and see if theres something u should fix and then the next week fix it and keep goin hard at it....next u need to get cardio AND toning not just toning so maybe go for a walk/jog and alternate walking and jogging if u cant do jogging the whole time or start out small likeround ur block or bike or do taebo or some cardio workout video the point is u need to get ur heart rate up in order to loose the weight....if u follow thius u should be able to loose 2 pounds a week and maybe within a month be down a siz thats if u do toning and cardio everyday and maybe give urselves one day off.....Well sorry this is sooo long i hope u have a great time and member always have fun food doesnt need to be in ur life to have fun....
