Ht. 6'3, Wt. Was 305, Now 265 - Hey, I want you guys to know how I lost 40 pounds in two months. Just about everyday I atleast run once, id say about a 2 mile stretch. I also go to the gym once a day, One day i will do weightlifting, the other i will do 50 minutes of Cardiovascular (IE: running, biking, eliptical). aFTER aBOUT 3 YEARS OF WEIGHT FLUCUATION I found there are about 2 diets that keep the weight off. The first is weight watchers, but seriously who wants to lose only 5 pounds a month. The second is a low calorie diet, which what I chose to do. Daily I have 500-800 calories, I know your thinking " you must starve yourself", WRONG. I dont eat alot but i could, If i was really hungry a could eat 1 MILLION pieces of celery and still be under 500 cals, its all about food choices. One essencial thing you will need on any diet is motivation, i feel like my motivation can bend steel. I want to encourage those whom are struggling with weightloss to go on a low calorie diet, and also exercise atleast 3 times a week, And as I have proven you can lose 20 pounds in one month. The most important thing is that i feel great and im healthy as an OX
