Ht. 5'7, Wt. was 200 now 177 - Hi my name is samantha. A month ago I weighed 200Lbs but just changing the way I eat and trying to eat better. I lost 24 Lbs.(It is all water though). But I feel so much better. Im still not down to my goal but Im working on It. I not only feel but look better. Is there any advice on some workouts I can do to lose weight in my thighs and hips.
