Ht. 5'3'', Wt. 147 - today, i didnt do that good but i did better than normal. Breakfast: Honey nut cheerios Snack: Yoplait yogurt (150 calories) Lunch: Chips and homeade salsa (not good but...) Dinner: chicken selects meal from mcdonalds (I know that was really bad) I know its not that good but trust me, its alot better than what I used to eat. And I danced alot when i was cleaning my room and ended up not getting my room clean lol. I was playing "What you waiting for" by gwen stefani and I just broke out in dance lol. Then I danced to other music because I was just hyper. Trust me, I sweated lol.
