Ht. 5"5", Wt. 190 Goal 150 - Alright, today was supossed to be the first day of the rest of my life.I was goin to start eating right, exercising, etc.I know I can eat right.That's no big deal with me.It's the exercise part for me.I'm athletic, even for my size.I'm great at any sport.The thing is, when I don't have to run for a sport, I just can't.I get out of breath real easy.I tried jump roping instead and I just suck at it.Does anyone have any ideas?I want to be fit as soon as possible.If it helps, I work out everyday, play basketball for an hour everyday,and do 250 situps everyday.
