Ok first everyone Know DRINK water But I think water gets SO boring and I get tired of drinking nothing...so I drink iced tea and flavored water! They have the Benefits of water but like the iced tea speeds up motabolism and can help fight off cancer..plue both have 0 caloires.....ok next buy sugar free jello. this stuff is AMAZING when you are really craving a snack grab a cup of jello Just 10 tiny calories that can really fight off hunger. Ok next.....I know drinking diet soda isnt very good for you but I have like 5-6 a week! I mean it tastes sweet and no calories! Chew Sugar free gum when your not really hungry...but you want food...Ok..ummm...oh yeah Eggs without the Yolk! best thing ever there is like 60 calories in an egg but if you take out the yolk..theres only 20..next dont think that you cant have fast food....Just make good choices for example...Craving a hamburger go to Mcdonalds and have a regular hamburger with Mustard(mustard has 0 calories) and have a side order of those apple dippers(only like 105 calories! Great snack too) Well I think This is long enough so I will put the rest of my tips on another day! Hope I helped! |
