Ht. 5'3'', Wt. 150 - Ok heres everything I ate today, im not going to eat anything else but some gum. Breakfast: honey nut cheerios with yoplait yogurt Lunch: lean quisine Snack: (kinda bad)yogurt with oreo peices in it, thats how it came in the pack and Dinner: grilled chicken with macaroni. My eating habits are getting better and better every day! I have to tell everyone this though, if you finally get to the point where your eating habits are in order, dont go back to your old eating habits. Because once you are back there, its extremely hard to get them right again. Ugh, i should know/
