Ht. 5'7, Wt. was 200 now 177 - Hi today I eat alot. I went out to dennys I had a Double cheese burger and hash browns.With a Cherry lemonde(drink) then I had some cherry cheesecake. Then for supper I had one grilled chesse sandwich oh and I had a bowl of ceral for breakfist. Though I played golf today right after I eat lunch so I worked off some calories. But I've lost 24 pounds in the past month so im proud of my self. Oh and dose anyone have any tips on how to lose weight in your hips and thighs.
