Ht. 5'5, Wt. 209 - hey... so yeah today i had egg and lean ham for breakfast with juice, for lunch i had a small grilled chicken wrap with a side of fruit and a special k bar, later i had smartfood. then for dinner i had a burger with fat free chips...then a popsicle... i stuck to my points and im going to WW tomorro and im down 2lbs yay
