Message Replying To From Want2LoseWeight, Age 13 Ht. 5'5", Wt. 143 - Here is an exercise tip that has been working for me. Take out your favorite cd and pick a few of your favorite songs. Play one of those songs and run in place until the song is over. Sometimes when I run in place, I get tired really quick and stop. So don't stop until the song is over. The song will keep you motivated not to stop until it is over. After the first song, rest for a few minutes and start up with another song. If you feel up to it, try to run for 2 or 3(or more) songs in a row. This method really works for me and now I can keep running in place for like 10-15 minutes. Keep a water bottle on hand, of course!! Let me know if this works for you! |
