BULLETIN BOARD

~REPLY WRITING AREA~

Before you post a reply saying that you are overweight or that you want to lose weight, please first check our Weight Calculator . If the calculator says that you are healthy weight, please do not post a message saying that you are overweight or that you want to lose weight.  This offends the kids who really are overweight.  Thanks a lot.

Ht. 6'1, Wt. 265 - I've posted in the past here before. I gained over 20 pounds being away at college, and now I am determined to lose. I can tell that I look bigger (but it doesnt show too bad because I am rather tall.) My cousin is getting married July 1st, 2006, and I wanna be AT LEAST 55 pounds lighter by that time (210). So far, I have given up Pop for about a month (I used to drink so much Diet Coke...like 2-3 cans a day, sometimes more.) I try to exercise for at least 35 minutes a day, but I feel so energy drained all the time. Does anyone know of anything that could boost my energy? I know that if I work hard enough, I could reach my goal.
