Ht. 5'1, Wt. 180:goal 145 - Well this is going to be my last post bout my weight for a while.. ima stick to eating healthy and exercise my goal for right now is 145 lbs if i get there i will make my goal 120 then to 100 but anyway im going to try and tone my arms my stomach and my theighs especially my stomach though and arms and theighs bout the same.. I want to look better and feel bettr about myself and my weight im going to try to do 100 situps a day 200 jumpin jacks 15 pushups.... and ride my bike for like 30 minutesa day..how long would it take me to get down to 145 lbs? and after your period how many days should u wait untill u weigh urself? *~Montana~*
