Ht. 5'6, Wt. 166 - Ok, is it possible to get in like, "running shape" in around 20 days? And when I say running shape I mean like, able to run for more than 5 minutes without losing my breath and if not in total running shape, would I see an inprovement? I plan to run everyday for as long as I can...is this ok?
