If the calculator says that you are healthy weight, please do not post a message saying that you are overweight or that you want to lose weight. This offends the kids who really are overweight. Message Replying To From Lisa, Age 15 Ht. 5"5', Wt. 154 - What do you think?? 2000 calories a day 300 at breakfast 300 at lunch 500 for snack (healthy like a meal though), 400 for dinner and 500 for snack all eaten around breakfast for 7, lunch 12-1, snack, 4-5, dinner 5-6, snack 7-8???? I want to lose 20 pounds by christmas. |
