Ht. 5"2, Wt. Big - I need help bigtime. I was doing great and lost 10lbs then I ruined it and now I can't stop eating. I binge all day and I think I will gain 50 lbs if I don't stop please help me I am desperate, why can't I stop I need confidence and motivation.
