Ht. 5'6, Wt. 149 - I need help I want to move with this guy in new york and he has not seen me in a long time. when he knew me i was about 216 pounds. and now i lost 65 pounds, so now i weigh 149. but the thing is i still feel fat. i mean i shoudent because my body is very curvy.( like beyonce) I love my body how it is but im scared If i show him how I am now he is gonna think Im still fat. So what kind of exercise should do to loose 14 pounds in 50 days?
