Ht. 5'3, Wt. 150!! - HELP!! lol i want to lose weight soon and fat off my stomach legs and arms and i was wondering if anybody knew some awesome ideas for eating and exercising like yoga or running and i know eating healthy i am eating three meals a day and like a yogurt but i do that for a day then the next im right back to eating junk so if anybody has some ideas or something and some motivational tips they are greatly appreciated thanks a BUNCH!!
