Before you post a reply saying that you are overweight or that you want to lose weight, please first check our Weight Calculator . If the calculator says that you are healthy weight, please do not post a message saying that you are overweight or that you want to lose weight. This offends the kids who really are overweight. Thanks a lot. |
Message Replying To From DL, Age 18 Ht. 6'1, Wt. 276.5 - Me again. Well, since Tuesday of last week, I have been doing at least 1 hour of cardio a night. What I'll do is tape my shows during the day and watch it on the TV in front of our ellpytical (sp?) I do at least 1 hour, as mentioned above, and burn close to 900 calories. However, I am so let down because I don't see any changes happening yet! I think I'll increase workout time to 1 hour and 30 minutes. How long does it take for changes to my body to start happening? I was all upset before because I gained so much weight during first year of university and I even was gaining after I finished school. I figured that I might as well start doing something about this weight problem instead of just moping around about it. All replies are appriciaited! :) |
