Ht. 5'6, Wt. 150 1st G:140 - o man. today was bad. so was this whole week. i like stopped my deit i was at 144... but back to 150.. yey :S/ . today br- (at 12) so like brunch. 2 bowls of lucky charms. then 2 waffles. and a pancake. ahh . so that was like breakvast and lunch. then for dinner. i had chicken and vegies. (good) but not enough cuz i got hungry at night.. and get this.. its gross... > i had. an apple. then 10 cheese on crackers. then an hour later. gummie candies. 2 bowls of cereal again. and a nutella and peanut butter sandwhich. then chocolate . ahh. and chocolate milk. blah i suck! i gave up on any kind of diet like a week ago and i was doing sooo well. like fruit for breakvast. salad for lunch chicjen and vegies for dinner. i was runnign an hour a day! now none. ughhhh. im just scared im gunna keep gaining unless i sna out of this depression/theres no use stage.
