Message Replying To From Brandon, Age 15 Ht. 5'5", Wt. 200 - Sup all?I really want to close to 40 lbs by Spring.I'm willing to do whatever it takes, but I don't have a lot of time with High School.I've heard that drinking water speeds up your metabolism, so I'm decided to drink 8-10 8 oz glasses a day.I also increase the number of pushups and situps I do everyday by 50 every 2 weeks.I also lift weights.I know that won't really help me lose weight, or I think.I'm not even close to knowing anything about this stuff.Is there any other excerises that I can do to speed up the weight loss?I know cardio where like you walk and run are good, but I don't know how much or how long is good.Please help me.I'm motivated which is always the first thing you need to have.You can reply, or you can email me at brandon_wyer@hotmail.com , which is reccomended.I don't look at this site much, but I do check my email daily. |
