Ht. 5'6, Wt. 280 - Overall today for breakfast I had two small blueberry muffins I made with a small glass of Minute Maid Pure Orange juice.For lunch I couldn't think of anything so I had another muffin and juice.For dinner my dad is making hamburgers and fries..i'm having a burger a couple of fries and a small salad.And i've had about 5 glasses of water today.For exercise I did 45 minutes of cardio/dance and later on after dinner i'm going to workout again to my Denise Austin-Blast Away 10 pounds video.Hope everyone is doing good today...anyone have any comments reply to me. If anyone wants a diet buddy thats around the same weight as me and has AIM IM me at XPLiiCiTxxLAYDEE on AIM if I don't answer right away then I am away but still add me.Bye!
