Message Replying To From Brandi, Age 15 Ht. 5"3, Wt. 164 - hey peeps i got some exercises for u guys that helped me lose a ton of weight... i did regular crunches, reverse crunches, and side crunches.....20 each....i did squats and lunges..15 to 30 each...and i went walking everyday for 30 minutes....and i dranked a ton of water.....well good luck peeps! hope i helped! |
