Message Replying To From HealthSmart, Age 14 Ht. N/A, Wt. healthy - I may be young, but I can tell you guys how to lose. First, Subway is a good way to lose. If you get wheat bread, no mayo or cheese, and get water (NO CHIPS OR COOKIES!) Eat right and exercise, that is the key to successful weight loss. The South Beach diet meals also help you too.
