If the calculator says that you are healthy weight, please do not post a message saying that you are overweight or that you want to lose weight. This offends the kids who really are overweight. Message Replying To From Helen, Age 16 Ht. 5'5, Wt. 150 goal 120 - woohoo i woke up at six this morning and ran 2 miles and then i ate a yogurt and some grapes then i drank a diet coke for lunch at school i know dont kill me my lunch is at 1015 who is gonna eat then...NOT ME! ok then when i got home at 345 i ate some popcorn and some mini bagels...then i went to work and got home at nine and ate a sandwhich and a yogurt and then i ran another two miles and in a minute im gonna do my ab workout...if i keep this up will i lose weight? |
