Ht. 5'5, Wt. s:185 n:163.5 g:145 - YAY! Lost another pound! Well anways, i really really want to get down to 130 pounds by next june (then end of it). So that would be 33.5 pounds to lose. I really think that would be great because I'm going on a band trip to an amusement and water park and i want to look good in a swimsuit (as does everybody). So i think i'm going to do a ton of stomach and leg exercises on top of cardio so that when i get most of the fat off, i'll have a nice,flat, toned, stomach. What do you think?
