If the calculator says that you are healthy weight, please do not post a message saying that you are overweight or that you want to lose weight. This offends the kids who really are overweight. Message Replying To From Bethany, Age 16 Ht. 5'4", Wt. now: 199 , goal: 165 - I have not lost anything in the past 2 weeks. i have been trying, not REALLY HARD, but ive been eating and eversising good, and nothing has been happening. should i limit my self to like 1500 calories instead of 2000 and walk 3 miles instead of 2? i dont know what to do! please help! thanks -B |
