Ht. 5'5, Wt. 150 goal 120 - hey cassidy...you asked how i could run like that ...heres how... first start out with a five minute jog and do that for one day or twice a day.. and then the next day after the five minute jog go a little bit further then you did when you went five minutes and dont worry about speed or time just yet just start ok? and then when you have it at about 18-20 minutes you are probably covering about 2 miles ...so then you want to work on speed but as you are working on speed do more distance as well.... and right now it takes me about 16 minutes to do two miles (well around two miles) because i add to it every day... and im still working on speed i want to get it down to fourteen minutes... and one more thing that is important!!! do ab work...you need to do that...it helps with your running posture and makes it easier...
