Ht. 5'8, Wt. 170 - I lose 20 pounds by eating basically something like this everyday: breakfast--piece of wheat toast with tiny bit of peanut butter and a banana(250 cals) snack--1 apple(50 cals) Lunch--sandwich made of 2 whole wheat pieces of bread and either tuna or lean meat like chicken or turkey(200 cals) Snack--low fat yogurt(60 cals) Dinner--bowl of soup and some whole wheat crackers(250). I would eat only when I was hungry and stop when I was full. Hope this helped!
