Ht. 5'6, Wt. 139 - the last couple weeks i went from 130 to 140 & ive decided i need to watch what i eat again...so for the next week or 2 imma try to shed the weight i gained & get back down to 129ish...not by starving myself, but by eating healthier, no fast food, cut back on my soda addiction & try 2 start running & pillates again..the 1st week i should drop around 4 or 5 lbs just bc i have a feeling some of the weight is water weight & hopefully by next month ill be thinner again!
