Before you post a reply saying that you are overweight or that you want to lose weight, please first check our Weight Calculator . If the calculator says that you are healthy weight, please do not post a message saying that you are overweight or that you want to lose weight. This offends the kids who really are overweight. Thanks a lot. |
Message Replying To From Shekina, Age 17 Ht. 5'3", Wt. 207.5 - YAY, I lost more weight, I have lost 10.5 lbs since I reached my highest which was 6 weeks ago!!! I am so excited because I haven't weighed this much since January!!! Anyways, I keep on reading that no one can "spot reduce" things they don't like about thier body (like if you have a big stomach). But I was thinking, my lil sis started gaining weight a while ago, and the only place she gained at first was in her stomach(she used to ahave a flat stomach), so I was thinking that if you can't spot reduce then why is it possible to spot gain, and if you can spot gain shouldn't you be able to spot reduce at least somewhat??? |
