Ht. 5'5, Wt. 135 - hey all, i have been running good except for today...i was tired so i just walked two miles instead of running them..this week i have off of school because we started on august 1st and im going to work really hard by running two times a day two miles each time and just doing basic ab exercises how does that sound also im going to try and watch what i eat i really want to lose these last few pounds HELP if you have any advice or tips just share
