Ht. 5'8, Wt. 181 - Yay I lost 5 more pounds!!!!!!!!!!!! I was jumping back and forth between 185 and 187 ish and now im for sure a 181!! I'm so happy! I have to loose 12 more pounds in order to be the norm weight for my age. All I did was ride my bike to school or walk and I ran the mile in gym class. I'm also eating lots of fruit. For breakfast I have cereal cause they say it helps teen girls loose more weight and stay slim and lunch I have a sandwich with a bottle of water. Then dinner a salad or maybe chicken. But the bigger the meal is for dinner the earlier I eat it so my metabalism still has time to work it off.
