Ht. 5'7, Wt. 160ish - Ok i have a major problem, i used to be really dedicated to losing weight and i loved when it when i was because with each pound i lost i felt that i was feeling better and looking better. For the past year i've gained 25 pounds which i lost 2 years ago and when i get back on track i lose like 5 pounds then i go off of my diet again and i'm right back to where i started and it really sucks. I get home earlier from school because i have a spare at the end of the day so i come home and i eat, but thats not my only problem, i do not to bad on the week days but once the weekends come i totally lose it and go crazy on eating ice cream and cookies, chips, u name it i eat it. I was wondering what all of you do on the weekends to stay on ur diet and not go overboard?? Like when i go out to a reaturant with my friends or to a friends house i can't help but stuff my face. If any of u have suggestions that will help me not go all crazy on the weekends because i can't have junk food that would greatly be appreciated.
