If the calculator says that you are healthy weight, please do not post a message saying that you are overweight or that you want to lose weight. This offends the kids who really are overweight. Message Replying To From Megan, Age 16 Ht. 5'7, Wt. 160ish - Ok i have a major problem, i used to be really dedicated to losing weight and i loved when it when i was because with each pound i lost i felt that i was feeling better and looking better. For the past year i've gained 25 pounds which i lost 2 years ago and when i get back on track i lose like 5 pounds then i go off of my diet again and i'm right back to where i started and it really sucks. I get home earlier from school because i have a spare at the end of the day so i come home and i eat, but thats not my only problem, i do not to bad on the week days but once the weekends come i totally lose it and go crazy on eating ice cream and cookies, chips, u name it i eat it. I was wondering what all of you do on the weekends to stay on ur diet and not go overboard?? Like when i go out to a reaturant with my friends or to a friends house i can't help but stuff my face. If any of u have suggestions that will help me not go all crazy on the weekends because i can't have junk food that would greatly be appreciated. |
