Message Replying To From angie, Age 15 Ht. 5'8, Wt. 170 - Hey guys ive noticed that some people on here (not all of course) focus just on exercise. Well let me tell you that the MAIN thing is eating right so if you have a choice between which one to focus on definatly pick eating a more healthy diet, thats how I did it. But of course exercising can be a bonus, but you dont need more than 30 minutes 4-5 days a week..dont overdo it and be patient!! good luckkk |
